Out in the wild

A whole feed, not a lucky post.

Mel keeps the photography, type and rhythm working together — so nine posts feel like one brand, not nine unrelated templates.

Mel does the rounds. You have the say-so.

This is the actual app — four screens, one round, about two minutes of your day.

01 · The rounds

She reads your site, then shows her homework

Give Mel your URL and she comes back in a couple of minutes with a working brand profile: what you do, how you sound, who it's for, and the three to six themes worth posting about. She also pockets the photos already on your site. You confirm the voice and the look in two taps — every dial is there if you're fussy, ignorable if you're not.

What Mel knows about you

from fjordandbean.com

Small-batch coffee roastery in Fremantle. Roasts Tuesdays and Saturdays, ships nationally, runs a Saturday cupping class. Warm, nerdy about beans, allergic to hype.

02 · The morning stack

Finished posts, streaming in as she writes

Not ideas — finished posts: picture, caption, hashtags, already parked at a sensible hour. Every photograph comes from your own website; branded tip-cards and quote cards fill the gaps. Swipe right to post it, left to skip. If it's close but not quite, say what's off — "warmer", "shorter", "different picture" — and Mel redoes it on the spot.

First crack at 196°C — that little pop is the bean letting go. Tuesday's roast is a washed Yirgacheffe, and the whole street will know about it.

03 · The calendar

A month that fills itself

Approved posts space themselves across the month — never two of the same theme back to back — and go out on time to Facebook and Instagram. Every card wears its status, so a ten-second glance says the feed's healthy. If a channel needs reconnecting or a post fails, it's flagged terracotta and retried. Nothing vanishes silently.

Fair questions

Will the posts sound like AI wrote them?

Mel writes from your website, in your register — a roaster doesn't sound like a florist. You set the voice once (or don't — her first guess is usually close), and nothing goes out without your say-so. Anything that misses gets skipped, or reworked on the spot with a one-line tweak.

Where do the pictures come from?

Your website, full stop. Mel collects the photos you already have and uses only those — they're badged "from your website" in the deck. When no real photo fits, Pollen draws a branded tip card, quote card or text design instead of fabricating an image.

What happens to posts I skip?

They quietly disappear — nothing is ever published without your approval. If a draft is close but not quite, don't skip it: tell Mel what's off in plain English and she'll redo the caption or the picture straight away.

Which channels does Pollen post to?

Facebook and Instagram today, through Meta's official connection. LinkedIn is next on the flight path.

Do I hand over my passwords?

No. You connect through Meta's own login screen — Pollen never sees your password, and you can disconnect from your dashboard any time.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel whenever. Nothing posts after you do, and your drafts keep — no worries.

Your first posts are a couple of minutes away.
